A rescue like this isn't going to be in a training manual or demonstrated in a certification class. To safely execute this, a climber is going to need a combination of knowlege, skill, and field experience.
For those who are learning how to rescue for the first time and have questions or for those who are just looking to expand their skillset with more knowledge, where do they go?
