  1. Competent climber every 2 years
  2. RF awareness  (but really what can you really do about it?
  3. Rigging and lifting
  4. CPR  (in the case of an emergency would you really know what to do?)
  5. First aid
  6. Blood Born Pathigine 
  7. Osha 10 hour / Osha 30 Hour
